Traditionally small refineries are not capable to provide deep crude oil processing and produce high quality motor fuels. It is concerned with high CAPEX and OPEX cost due to complexity of technological equipment and processes. Such equipment like reforming and isomerization units usually installed at oil refinery plants with capacity 1 million tons annually and more.
For the reasons above traditional mini oil refinery plant consists of basic units which produce straight-run nafta, high sulfur content diesel fuel and fuel oil (or mazut). In such configuration those plants can produce from 50 to 65% at maximum light fractions and huge amount of heavy fractions.
For many years the HRS Holding companies are involved in research and development as well as industrial design and construction of highly efficient crude oil and heavy residues refining units and facilities. Our scientific and engineering intensive work allowed us to design and construct mini oil refineries, which can overcome average and high capacity oil refineries in terms of efficiency and refining depth.
Deep Crude Oil Processing
Our technologies allows to achieve over 90% refining depth, producing high quality motor fuels according to strict European standards. Our mini oil refining facilities produce high quality final products, not just low quality middle products like all other do. Moreover, we can generate own electricity for production needs with recycling of heavy residues simultaneously.
Heavy and Extra Heavy Crude Oil Processing
Instead of the most of traditional solutions from European and American suppliers, our equipment can process heavy and extra heavy crude oils with high sulfur content.

It makes possible to produce high quality products with significant added value from difficult for refining feedstock. Euro-4 and Euro-5 Compliant Our mini refineries allow producing high quality motor fuels according to Euro-4 and Euro-5 standards. It completely redefines traditional practice of mini oil refineries operations and brings your business up to new level. You will produce highly profitable products with minimum residues amount.
Completely Environmentally Safe Special attention in our projects is focused on environmental issues. We design and construct eco-friendly facilities which correspond with strict environmental regulations.
Low OPEX and Energy Consumption Our technological processes are designed in such way that we achieved significant energy effectiveness of petroleum products manufacturing. In comparison with American well-know UOP solution our isomerization process is 2 times cheaper, 5 times less energy intensive and 6 time less space needed. It considerably decreases crude oil processing cost.
Different Types of Design Our refining equipment can be manufactured either in vertical or in horizontal positioning thanks to specially developed process of primary crude oil refining. It makes possible to construct units in mobile version. Our Experience
Our team has vast experience in design and construction of different kind of crude oil and petrochemical facilities. Currently one of the HRS Holding companies signed contract with Indian Oil for industrial scale facility construction for Euro-5 quality
